Fremont School District (FUSD) last day of school is on Wednesday, June 18. This is mid-way into the Brownsea Course. In the past, when school districts have run beyond the 3rd Sunday in June, we have provided Scouts with several resources. These include:

• posting on this page of out-of-council courses that cover the same material as Brownsea does,
• information for teachers and principals about Brownsea, and
• recommendations for these scouts with School conflicts.

We will update this page periodically with more information. We are definitely concerned about this conflict. Unfortunately, we can not move the date of Brownsea-NYLT without causing other conflicts.

Brownsea-NYLT is offered by San Francisco Bay Area Council, Boy Scouts of America, starting on the 3^rd Sunday of June each year and is open to Boy Scouts from all Councils.
